Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 3–7 days to update depending on the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.  We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
